Northern Ireland Housing Executive slammed over maintenance deals

Belfast Telegraph, 4 September

The report raised concerns about a range of other issues, including the treatment of whistle-blowers and findings that senior managers were resistant to negative internal audit findings and had suppressed a critical report on its disposals of land.

Careers advice

Moving up

The inbetweeners

Training & Development

Challenging conversations are habit-forming

“Any challenging conversation needs to be handled with care because people need to be handled with care. Forget this at your peril,” says Adrian Thompson, chief internal auditor, Norfolk County Council.
